3 piece dark and 3 tenders for dinner tonight. We love their chicken and stop and get it all the time. Great flavor, always busy, fresh chicken, fast service, priced right and friendly staff.....a must try.....I just realized I have never given a review for them, shame on me, outstanding fried chicken.....A+

Fried chicken in a gas station is always good. Pork rinds were fresh and seasoned perfectly. Livers and gizzards were tender.

I just had to leave a review for this place. My first time eating here i am from PC Alabama and when I tell you this is the best chicken ever they have fried okra, fried green tomatoes, potato salad man pork chops just make you sick on the bone and you all know when you can sick on the bone damage good..this is the next best thing to foid from home Mississippi it reminds me of my grandmother Granny cooking on point fo show and they are sweet people if I could eat this everyday I would. They lemonade is to die for as well as their tea its all homemade..Whoever Newt is i want to meet him are her and shake their hand. I haven't found a place like this one in years..I have ate many, many places but ant nobody can beat this chicken I wish I could show you all my plate but I can't I ate it all nothing but bone..So if your ever in the west point, GA area pleases you got to at least try it. One more thing and it's the best price you can't beat it.This chicken is made from the heart with real love

I’m a truck driver. I had a layover so I decided to walk around to see what was around me. I noticed Newt’s Fried Chicken. It’s a small place but you can smell the flavor before you walk in. There was a small line but that’s a good sign. I ordered a 9 pc wing. Made to order. I didn’t realize that they were whole wings!! So I was happy when I opened the box. They are great sized wings, not too salty, and flavorful. Idk if they make their own hot sauce but it’s nothing that I’ve tasted before. It’s great as well.

The chicken fries and sauces here are amazing! I think the sauces may be made in house. I almost didn’t get a photo of the chicken because of how good it is. If I find myself at this exit again, I will most definitely be stopping off for more chicken! Thank you, guys!

The staff was really nice.... The chicken was actually good. They could've used a grease change but still tasty. I was really excited to see the homemade fried skins but very disappointed in the taste. They tasted really bland.... no seasoning & dried or cooked too long. No kinda fat was left for taste. The honestly tasted like bag skins. I wouldn't buy them again, but they look really tasteful, so keep that in mind. ALSO, I'm not sure if they're responsible for keeping the tables in that section clean, but they were really nasty. I intended to eat inside because we were traveling, but we decided to eat in the car because of the dirty tables.
